By accessing jobbucket.app, requesting a demo, downloading JobBucket apps, or using employer ATS services, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the site or services.
Product-specific agreements may apply when you create an employer tenant or candidate account; those terms control if they conflict with this marketing-site summary.
Use of the site and apps
You may browse the site, use job seeker features for legitimate job search, and submit forms for business purposes. You agree not to misuse the services, attempt unauthorized access, scrape content at scale, or interfere with operation.
All site content, branding, and materials remain the property of JobBucket or its licensors and may not be copied for commercial use without permission.
Accounts, demos, and plans
Demo requests and early-access waitlists are subject to availability. We may accept, decline, or limit access at our discretion.
Employer ATS subscriptions (including Freelancer, Starter, Growth, and Scale) and optional job boosts are billed according to the plan you select and any order confirmation we provide.
Job seekers may use JobBucket mobile apps subject to app store terms and our product policies.
Disclaimers
The site, apps, demos, and ATS are provided “as is” without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including fitness for a particular purpose and non-infringement.
We do not guarantee uninterrupted availability, that every job listing is still open, or that the services will be free of errors.
Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, JobBucket and its affiliates will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or data, arising from your use of the site, apps, or ATS.
