Who Is Hiring — How to Spot Active Employers

“Who is hiring” lists go stale the week they are published. JobBucket will not invent a ranked roster of companies with fake opening counts. Use the job board and company names on live vacancies, then apply through the same portal those employers already use.

Read activity from posts, not from blogs

An employer who is hiring has a current vacancy, a contact path, and a way to accept applications. That is visible on JobBucket when they publish a role to the portal and apps. A press quote about “aggressive hiring” without a post is not a job.

Look at how fresh the listing is, whether the JD is specific, and whether screening questions exist. Vague evergreen posts are weaker signals than a dated role with a clear manager and stack.

Agency vs in-house posts

Recruitment agencies also hire on behalf of clients. On JobBucket, agencies can run pipelines and, on Scale, a clients module. As a seeker, read whether you are applying to the end employer or to an agency process — both can be legitimate.

Do not pay a seeker fee to “get shortlisted.” JobBucket seekers use the apps for free. Employers and agencies pay for ATS plans from ₹1,499/mo after a free start.

Build your own active list

Search /jobs, note ten employers who posted in your target role this month, and set app alerts on those names or titles. That list is more honest than a viral carousel.

Our editorial standards explain why we will not fabricate a live “top hirers” table. If we cite a public benchmark elsewhere, we name it.
