When you request a demo, join a waitlist, create an employer account, or contact us, we collect information you provide such as your name, work email, company, and role.
If you use JobBucket as a job seeker (including mobile apps), we may process profile details, resume content, application activity, and device identifiers needed to operate the job portal.
We may also collect basic usage data (pages visited, device/browser type, and approximate location) to improve the site, apps, and ATS experience.
How we use information
We use your information to provide the job portal and employer ATS, respond to inquiries, deliver demos and product access, send product updates you opt into, and operate and secure our services.
Employers use JobBucket to manage job vacancies and applicants; seekers use JobBucket to discover roles and apply. We process data as needed for those purposes.
We do not sell your personal information.
Sharing
We may share data with trusted service providers who help us run hosting, analytics, email, storage, and customer support — only as needed to perform those services.
When you apply to a job, relevant application information is shared with the employer or recruiter who posted that role.
We may disclose information if required by law or to protect the rights, safety, and security of JobBucket, our users, or the public.
Retention & security
We retain personal information only as long as needed for the purposes described above, unless a longer period is required by law or by an employer’s legitimate hiring records needs.
We apply reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect data, though no method of transmission or storage is completely secure.
