ServiceNow Developer with Techno-Functional Expertise

We are looking for a skilled ServiceNow Developer with strong techno-functional expertise. The candidate will be responsible for designing, developing, and implementing solutions across the ServiceNow platform with a focus on ITSM and ITAM modules.

Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and customize ServiceNow applications using scripting and platform tools.
- Configure workflows, Flow Designer, and business rules.
- Work on App Engine Studio for application development.
- Integrate ServiceNow with external systems using APIs.
- Manage update sets and application scoping.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to translate requirements into solutions.

Required Skills:
- Strong experience in ServiceNow configuration and customization.
- Hands-on scripting (JavaScript, Business Rules, Client Scripts).
- Experience with ServiceNow App Engine Studio.
- Knowledge of workflows and Flow Designer.
- Experience with REST/SOAP APIs.
- Understanding of update sets and scoped applications.

Functional Knowledge:
- ITSM (Incident, Problem, Change Management).
- ITAM (Asset Management, lifecycle management).
- IT Discovery tools.
