Salesforce Developer with Strong Technical Skills and Experience

We are looking for a Salesforce Developer with a minimum of 3+ years of experience in Salesforce development. 

The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience with Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, and Communities (Experience Cloud) implementations.

Key Responsibilities

• Configuring and customizing Salesforce solutions to support business requirements and client objectives.
• developing scalable solutions using Salesforce platform capabilities, and ensuring Salesforce best practices are followed during application configuration and customization. 
• You will also prepare detailed effort estimations for proposed solutions, analyze solution feasibility, and communicate associated benefits and risks.
• The candidate should have strong experience with Salesforce development using Lightning Experience, Lightning Web Components (LWC), Apex, Apex Triggers, Visualforce, and Lightning Aura Components. Additionally, experience integrating Salesforce with external systems using APIs and web services is required.

Preferred certifications include Salesforce Certified Platform App Builder, Salesforce Certified Platform Developer I, Salesforce Certified Platform Developer II, Salesforce Certified Sales Cloud Consultant, and Salesforce Certified Service Cloud Consultant.

The role requires strong communication and stakeholder management skills, analytical thinking, and problem-solving ability. You should be able to work independently as well as in cross-functional Agile teams, with a client-focused approach and strong documentation skills.
