About the Role
- We are looking for a Senior Python Developer with 3-6 years of experience. The ideal candidate will have excellent Python skills and strong software architecture knowledge, capable of producing clean, tested, production-grade code. You should have a proven track record as a founding engineer or startup CTO, with experience in distributed systems and high-scale backend design.
- Responsibilities include owning high-availability production systems at scale, working with modern AI and LLM APIs, and ensuring security compliance. You will also be involved in evaluation engineering, metering and billing platforms, and backend, API, and SDK design.
- The role requires hands-on experience with cloud technologies, containers, orchestration, and infrastructure as code. Familiarity with ML and NLP, as well as front-end technologies like React or Next.js, is beneficial. You should have a strong sense of product development and be comfortable working in regulated domains such as health, finance, or legal.
